Seems Heller vs D.C. was pretty much a slam dunk..the justices read a final of 5/4,with much whining on the dissenting side...
"aw,DC cant have aggregious laws anymore..great,we're soooo threatened now."
Howabout it's time for the bad guys whining about their now at risk for being shot???
anyway...the news will cover this to death,I just wanted to chime in.....
NOW...GCA 34,68,93,all need to go thew way of the DODO.
ALL these other Unconstitutional laws need to go the way of the DC gun bans.
the Machinegun ban in particular,the only difference is the fact that the government came up with a way to ASK for TAXES,is the only way they COULD control them.
and frankly is someone wants to burn through a clip in half the time,does it REeeeeeeally endanger law enforcement any worse them a semi with a trained shooter?
